Lets hope Ferguson shows out in the slam dunk contest and gets others pumped about where our program is going. On another note I think of J Petty doesn't go to KY we get him

It was from a Duke guy. He only mentioned us when specifically asked about Johnson. He said Avery was going to come watch him in a few weeks. He seems like he'll be a Duke/UNC battle unless FSU finds a way to keep him home.

I like that Avery is going after the major prospects, because for every ten he misses, he'll land one like Ferguson.
Start winning a bunch of games and advancing in the tournament and then you can get 2 in a cycle.
Pretty soon the roster will be extremely talented with depth and you can make a really deep run, by then recruits will see that Alabama is a place you can win big at.
It's a process.

If we could one day just lock down the state we would be tough. We have a lot of talent every year.

I think we have a good shot at luring Troy Baxter away from USF. He's a 6-8 small forward from Oldsmar FL. He's committed to USF, but they are doing terrible and he's shown interest in Bama.
