We will be in Sexton's top 3 no matter if he gets a 5th star,duke,and Kentucky offer. We were one of the 1st to offer, and he is close to the staff. I actually think that the type of scorer and assassin he is helps us. If he goes to a blue blood he will have to adjust his game,tone it down cause of so many good players. If he comes to Bama, he can be the man and put up 20 or more shots if he wants to.

Both Kansas and Arizona had offered and along with Alabama had been listed as teams prioritizing him when Bossi made his early prediction of Sexton to Alabama. We obviously sit pretty well with him regardless of his status.
I think recruiting the PG position is where having a successful NBA PG and Coach is going to pay its biggest dividends. It's not going to be hard to sell that to a kid.

Ok that's what I thought. I remembered us being interested in him or something before but he didn't play too good at MSU and we could go after better players at positions we need

I doubt MSU would give him a release to an SEC school. I wouldn't if I was them.

Just imagine if we get Sexton and Petty! My goodness! That's not to mention Alex Reese, Daniel Giddens, and possibly Rayshaun Hammonds or Jaren Jackson.
