I love how he says per a source when multiple accounts had tweeted pictures of them there an hour prior

I may be wearing Crimson glasses here, but could Duval being added late to their midnight thing be an indication on how confident they are about Sexton? I think that's a really good thing Duval was added as a visitor late for them.

Very well could be. That's what I hope. Like I said, if he's deciding in October like I think was reported, I don't see how Kansas could be the favorite. We've had a very strong relationship with him.

I would like to know the appropriate time that I should start panicking about this class ? I'm slightly worried now and I don't want to hit panick mode until everyone else

Read every other page. A few guys have meltdowns a couple times a week.

I'm not panicking, but I think I have may calmed down a bit on thinking this might be a game-changing class. I hope I'm wrong. I think we end up bringing in 4 players who will be eligible for the 2017/18 season, 3 of which are in the 2017 recruiting class, and 1 transfer. They are....

3-Star Galin Smith
4-Star Alex Reese
4-Star Daniel Giddens (the transfer)

Then I believe we get one of either 5-Star Collin Sexton or 4-Star Herb Jones, but not both of them.

It's not a program changing haul but it's solid, and a nice 1st class for Avery to get under his belt.

I disagree with that man. Landing Sexton would be a program changing moment regardless of who else commits.

That's what I'm hoping. Sexton spurned Arizona because they got their PG. At the very least this might show Collin that's he's clearly not as big a priority at Kansas than Bama.

I'm going with Reese, Smith, Jones, and Petty

I wouldn't get too worked up about Pearl getting commits from 2019 kids. Bruce isn't dumb, he's out of that black hole at the first sign of an offer from a school even slightly a step up from Auburn. He won't be there and those kids won't stick to their commitment. Too many careers have crumbled in Lee County for a smart man to hang around if he has the option to leave.

RE: the Collin Sexton thread on 247, Hank posted this which is troubling-

"The plan was to make a decision before his senior year. Obviously that has changed. I think you can expect a decision at least before the early signing period in November. Kanas has started to pick up a little momentum here from what we've been told, but by no means is Alabama out of the race."

To which someone asked if we had gone from being the leader to just being in the race, and his reply was "Yeah. Recruiting is a crazy."

So... I may melt down.

From all accounts I've seen, the plan was to make his decision before his senior SEASON.

If Troy brown & Sexton go elsewhere, I don't think petty comes. I feel like petty is the one who needs other 5 stars with him to come
