Yea but he didn't even have us in his first 8 out 3 days ago so he's a fool.
- Louisville has 5 Group 1/2 wins, 0 Group 3 losses and 0 group 4 losses
- Syracuse has 6 Group 1/2 wins, 2 group 3 losses and 0 Group 4 losses
- Oklahoma has 9 Group 1/2 wins, 1 Group 3 loss and 0 Group 3 losses

He has Syracuse, Oklahoma and Louisville in and Alabama not even in the First 4 out.

Glad for the win. Kind of dejected knowing we will have Avery back honestly.
Hoping for the best for this team and also Avery...I still dont think he is a quality coach however.
That said...how awful was the A&M defense on Sexton's full court drive? No attempt to deny Sexton the in bounds pass, then stand by your man and watch him sprint to the other end. Great finish and time awareness by Sexton on the positive side.

Sadly, no matter the result of today, we were going to have Avery back. Our only hope this year is that he leaves on his own to take a NBA job.

The bottom line on ESPN now lists us as last 4 in according to Lunardi. Nevada losing at the half to UNLV. I said we want them to win, but if they lose that early it's possible they'd drop all the way out though.

Yea - we're not in a comfortable position right now.
Feels a lot like post-Georgia win in 2011 when we were all convinced we were in and then tournaments progressed, we lost to Kentucky and by Sunday everyone was convinced we weren't in.

Yea - look, we all get it and most agree, the end of the year was awful. Avery has some holes.
We also haven't been to the NCAA Tournament in forever and are on the cusp. We play our rival tomorrow with a chance to cement that NCAA Tournament trip and get to the Semis.
Nut up and lets go.

I'm very happy with the win, but that doesn't mean I have to be happy with Avery. I can't rightly go from wanting a new coach to all of the sudden thinking Avery is the best.
