Great game. We had season tickets up to that year and my brother and his wife picked the AU game that year. I was a freshman at the time so I had just gotten to Innisfree til my brother called me and said "We have to go to Birmingham" my sister-in-law's older sister was in labor and they had to be there for her. Needless to say, I got the tix and sold an extra to some random Bama fan and watched a helluva game.

I'm a betting man, and I think everyone calling Gus a HS coach and the Auburn cult ruined him. My bet is that Gus will have UCF as a perennial top ten team when he brings his actual offense back. I remember in 2015ish the hot mike caught him muttering how they were going to fire him and they did. Auburn deserves Harsin and will be at the bittom of the SEC for a while. They are ranked lower than Vandy in recruiting. Harsin did worse than gus at ASU and much much worse at BSU. The reddit boise fans were excited he was gone.
