I would think Kirven, Tomlinson, and Paige will all play defensive end in our system.
Tomlinson, Kirven, Pagan, Pettway all DEs and Fanning could actually go either way to be honest with you.

Honestly our 2012 OL should be the most dominant we have fielded in the past twenty years. I think it is very fair to say four of the five are NFL locks including three who (homer I know) I imagine would have made NFL rosters this year. Add in Michael Williams at tight end and I imagine an OL similar to our 08 OL only slightly more talented and more experienced. With our OL plus McCall in 08 we were able to run straight at teams and reliably pick up four yards.

Cyrus K - Top OT prospect in his class right now
Barrett Jones - Top OL in the upcoming draft, versatile, and he can play any position on the line. People will give him a shot at LT if they think he can play it, but if he can't they're not gonna give up on him because he can still play from LG-RT.
Warmack - Top OG in the class, well unless you count Jones. Chance is a beast, and him and Jones double teaming on the inside this year just isn't fair. He'd fit well in the 49ers offense, I could see him going late to them. (Unless they traded their first, or they do trade it down the line)
Fluker - One of the best OTs in the class. I imagine people will play him at RT, and maybe OG for a year or two before they see if he can play LT in the preseason or something. With a little work I could see him on the blindside, though he excels on the right side. (Honestly if we had Warmack at RG next to Fluker we could run to the right all day long.) First round pick with Jones, and hopefully Warmack.
Steen - Not a first round pick, with a good season (I see him leaving after his Senior year, so with two good seasons) he could be a second rounder imo, but most likely he's a third rounder. He'll make a roster at the next level, but I doubt he'll be as good as the other four.
Michael Williams - Best run blocking TE in the nation. Second-third round pick.

anybody heard how Chad Lindsey is developing?
he hasn't been the same without Budnick by his side.

It is going to be very interesting to see if this line gels and is as dominant as it seems it could be. If so I would expect us to score a good bit, but even more importantly keep our defense off the field in the second half.

With four returning starters I'd imagine it isn't going to be hard for them to gel together.
With that said, our defense will only need the offense on the field for longer periods of time during the first four or five games. We return 4 starters and two guys who were basically starters (Mosley/Milliner played as many snaps as Nico/Menzie). Dial/Stinson both played a lot in rotation, and Vinnie played a lot. The only real weakness is going to be Dixon/Belue for a little while, and even then Belue is so far ahead in the learning curve for a Saban defense it is amazing.

I agree the defense should be in pretty good shape after the first five games, but if this offensive line is playing up to its potential that is going to be the strength of the team and the guys I want on the field late in the games. Plus it almost always better for your D to be on the sideline.

Our offense will never be ahead of our defense as long as CNS is here. Weve heard this before. Im one of the only guys on here that believes that AJ isnt as good as some of you think and wont be in the draft and if for some reason he does go he wont be in the first 3 rounds.

Because most of us know a good QB when we see one.

I disagree. Our defense will be great, but this years offense is better prepared for clutch situations.

Not saying that he isnt good but he isnt ready for the league. Never got why all of you were saying he would go to the draft? He isnt asked to do anything special and still makes dumb mistakes like the first play of the spring game.

AJ still has two years to improve and add a little weight. NFL scouts had to be impressed with his past two games. He threw it all over the place and protected the ball.

I hope Bo Scarborough makes it to campus and meets with the coaches. Things will hopefully start to clear up.

It was his first year, and he's got two more years to start at Bama. Both of those seasons should be 3k yard seasons for him, with a good completion percentage and 22ish TD passes.

He's 6'4" 215lbs right now. By the time his Senior year is over I suspect he'll be around 225lbs. He's much better than Murray, and I think Logan Thomas and possibly Casey Pachall go out after this season.
LINK
The only thing Murray has over AJ is more yards and TDs, and that is mostly because of the offense Murray plays in.

So Hunter Henry's girlfriend is about to be a Freshman at Bama?
You guys are getting crafty over there.

No one from Arkansas thinks he will be Arky.
What most seem to think will happen or want to happen is this....
Henry is committing Thursday to a school not named Arkansas. This is happening because why would he commit to a school when he doesn't know who his coach will be? So instead of waiting around until December to see who we hire, he is committing elsewhere now.
Once a new coach is in place, he will take another look at Arkansas and hopefully flip if he likes our hire.

Interesting. Everyone from Bama thinks he's going to Arkansas and everyone from Arkansas thinks he's not going to Arkansas
