After Johnson leaves and assuming Mosley leaves after this year too. 2013 will be Depriest, Ragland, Patrick, Devall. 2 5 stars and 2 4 stars. If Mosley stays. :fap:

Mosley might stay if he isn't projected in the first round after this season. Right now he's potentially a first rounder, but we'll have to see. Our DL will be breaking in 3 new starters (supposing Dial starts over Stinson this year). The good news is all three of the guys who will play will likely have had plenty of playing time over the years. Our O-Line should only return two starters (unless Fluker is stupid and would rather come back than go in the first round, though I wouldn't mind), but our O will be stacked.
AJ at QB as a third year starter.
All of our WRs coming back.
All of our TEs/H-Bakcs returning except for Michael Williams. Plus OJ and McNeil come in.
Hart/Yeldon will be back, and Fowler probably comes back too.
Anyway, who is 2014's top ILB as of right now? I'm interested if he is already talking about Bama.

I think the DL for 2013 will be Pagan and Fanning at DE. Pagan for Square, Fanning for Dial. Ivory, Lake, or Taylor if he goes to DL will will play NT but its way to early to tell on NT. Pettway and Kirven wiill be the backup DE to Pagan and Fanning.
I think it is safer to assume Warmack would come back for 1 last year depending on the mock drafts and consultants if it were to come down to Fluker or Warmack. Fluker will be a top 10 pick most likely... He could drop to 25 maybe at the latest and that would be a steal. If there were any chance Warmack dropped to 2 I think he should come back and be the number 1 Guard taken all the way, but he may risk it.

think Fluker in the 1st is a reach because of his size and athleticism. He's a RT all the way in the NFL, and I personally don't believe in drafting RTs in the 1st. It's not a position you invest 1st Round money in, and if he pans out, you either pay him more money or let him walk.
He's pretty athletic for his size. He probably wouldn't be a great LT, but he's got so much talent that I think he's projected in the first round because of it, and some guys probably think he could be a serviceable LT if injuries were to occur.
Warmack is the perfect pick for a team like the 49ers late in the first round. Those teams really don't have many needs, and San Francisco runs the ball a lot. They could use a guy like Chance to help develop depth and come in with the chance at starting. Who knows though.

Warmack is a Senior FWIW. He's a good Guard prospect, but he's not David DeCastro quality. He'll be a 2nd Rd pick barring some glorious postseason IMO.

Yeah IDK why I though Warmack was a JR. Maybe I factored in his redshirt year wrong. Strange. Yeah Warmack may dip to 2nd round for sure. Fluker is all 1st IMO.

Last years Defensive commits, especially the (4) 4 star LBs we got, were outstanding. This years offensive commits so far are looking very strong--we can potentially sign (1) 5 star RB, (2) 4 star RBs, (3) 4 star lineman, OJ Howard, McNeil, etc. Sometimes fans get way too caught up in the rankings and need to step back and look at the big picture. This class is going to finish strong and the winning tradition at BAMA will continue with Saban at the helm.

I think he goes in the 1st. That's not homerism. He's listed in several places as the top G in the draft. If that's the case then he'll go in the first. I do agree with you about his postseason. He needs to perform well and he will.

Pre the new contract terms this might be true. Now, you can draft an RT late in the first and only have $4M tied into him. I think barring something unexpected Fluker goes in the first, too.
Also, I'm a little late to this convo, but someone mentioned Fanning starting in 2013. I fully expect him to play a ton this year and start next. He has the talent, measurables, and potential to be great. I talked to a guy in football ops last year about the FR class and he said, "we've got several that have the potential to be 3 and out. clinton-dix, fanning, dickson, and koundjio are some that come to mind." I pressed on Fanning b/c that was the one that seemed oddest to me. He told me that if he plays to his potential he's a top half of the first round talent.

OJ Howard on Smashmouth: Reuben Foster wants him to flip to Auburn, too, but OJ told him you have to go with your heart.

Most reports suggest Eddie is off to a great start. But the highest praise for the young receivers has been directed at Amari Cooper and that is no knock on Eddie.
Both should be great. Williams is going to be a great deep target for AJ. Great leaping ability.
Pecking order for WRs, imo :
Kenny Bell
Kevin Norwood
C. Jones
DeAndrew White
Amari Cooper
Eddie Williams
Chris Black
I dont think Norwood is 2nd honestly. I think White will be 2nd.

He's gonna get passed by a few younger guys if he doesn't put it all together. He becomes the 1st WR to score 2 TDs in a game since David Palmer(going against a very good Vandy secondary I might add), then disappears the rest of the season.
He's not a very good blocker either, which does keep him off the field...
Do you remember the touchdowns. Im pretty sure someone got into AJs arse about even throwing those passes. One a toss up and the other he couldve ran in. Doubt the lack of his touches has anything to do with D. White.

I think CJ Mosely is gone next year due to him looking at draft projections on twitter. Also I think yall sleeping on Perry. I remember last year in the Auburn game people noticed Vinnie on the field but nobody noticed Nick Perry at the other safety while Vinnie was in the box. Also I think Fanning will be a star for us when he starts. Just look at the spring game he was tearing it up.

Fanning and Pagan are probably the most gifted players on the team in terms of size and athletic ability. I just think they are going to be problem for opposing offenses because they both have good size, quick at the snap, and long arms.
I'm not concerned with our situation at middle linebacker. Saban and his staff has done a great job of developing middle linebackers. We do not need a #1 overall MLB. I think Saban will do fine with a #5 or #6 MLB with the right size.

My god I feel sorry for your future. Do you know how to flip a burger yet?
And I don't know if this has been discussed but Shea Dixon reported on BOL he thinks LSU leads for beckwith but Bama "gives him something to think about." We will see how this one unfolds with both filling teams filling up pretty quickly.
