According to TMZ, Airport Nissan of Cleveland is selling Johnny Manziel's 2014 Nissan Titan SL at a listed price of $45,720. And yes, the dashboard is autographed the back-up Browns QB with a silver pen. Apparently Manziel traded it in to get the 2015 Nissan GT-R. The dealership is going to put the truck up on eBay so...
