Fast ball w/o a doubt. You’re attempting to hit a round object moving 100+ mph with another round object that’s moving around 65-70mph and you can only control the path of one of those objects. With basketball, you can somewhat control the ball and the basket isn’t going anywhere.

That's a dumb question! Hell, I can make half court shots, I can't even see 100 mph pitch!

100% agreed. Half court shot isn't that hard for a fairly averagly atheltic adult. There's no way in hell that same adult is hitting a 100 mph fastball. Heck, it's hard enough to hit a 95mph fastball off a pitching machine. Most folks wouldn't be able to do that. The guys in the video have it right. Hitting a baseball is the toughest thing to do in all of sports.
