Multiple sources report that LSU senior defensive analyst Gerald Chatman has been hired at Tulane as their new defensive line coach.

Chatman previously worked at LSU in 2021 as a defensive analyst but moved on to work briefly at Tulane and Colorado. He returned to LSU under head coach Brian Kelly following the 2022 season.

Recently, Chatman served as interim defensive line coach at LSU this spring, filling in for Jamar Cain, who took a job with the Denver Broncos.
