LSU sophomore wide receiver Kayshon Boutte was named to the Maxwell Award watch list this week.
The Maxwell Award is presented annually to the outstanding player in college football.
Boutte, a native of New Iberia, LA, caught 45 passes for 735 yards and five touchdowns last season as a true freshman.
