I am announcing that I will be a fan again next year. But, it is getting harder and harder to make that commitment.

Haha. Maybe there can be a fan portal

Unrestricted free agency for EVERY player EVERY year is unsustainable for sure.

LOL! Maybe if we declare we're entering the fan transfer portal someone will throw some NIL $$ our way, too.

It's very strange to see commitments from players that played for the Tigers last season.

You don't know this by now....Every year the coaches have to re-recruit all the players currently on the roster.....that is why some players enter the transfer portal...to force their hand and to receive offers from other schools....It is way out of hand....so out of control. My personal opinion is that incoming Freshmen (all 1st year players) should not receive anything from NIL as they should use their 1st year to establish their value.

Yeah, I know it. That's why it's strange. If I didn't know it, then it wouldn't be strange.

@ Wes, you are 100% correct.

Just go ahead and model college football after the NFL. The present system does not work, and the NFL model does. It's all professional now anyway. And quit making these college football players attend classes. That's not what they're there for
