Talented LSU sophomore running back Leonard Fournette was named a consensus All-American on Thursday. Per The Advocate:
He broke Charles Alexander’s single-season LSU rushing record this year with 1,741 yards and 18 touchdowns.

Fournette was named a consensus All-American, the NCAA announced Thursday. To receive the honor, a player must appear on the first team of at least two of the five selected All-America squads: American Football Coaches Association, Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America, The Sporting News and the Walter Camp Foundation.
