Leonard Fournette Ends Season With Rushing Title

LSU sophomore running back Leonard Fournette was named the NCAA rushing champion for 2015 with an average of 162.8 yards a contest. Per The Advocate:
Fournette rushed for 1,953 yards and 22 touchdowns in 2015.

Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry of Alabama needed to rush for 381 yards against Clemson in Monday night’s CFP Championship Game to surpass Fournette’s 162.8 yards per game average.
Henry finished with 158 yards on 36 carries, giving Fournette the title.
Fournette rushed for 1,953 yards and 22 touchdowns in 2015.
