Michael Cauble of WBRZ recently interviewed LSU coach Brian Kelly and asked him about the college football landscape, NIL, and the Tigers heading into 2024.

Regarding NIL, Kelly suggested that incoming players need to come with an understanding of the "standards" that are set at LSU before they worry about money.

I love what he's trying to do...now if other coaches will come out and back him, some of these kids' minds might start to change some.

Okay, he's started this conversation but let's not disarm due to principle, pay for what we need until these rules change. I feel kinda like we're bringing a knife to a gun fight this year (on the DL at least). We should have gotten some of those 5* exiting A&M last go round. It's gonna be bad if Ole Piss holds us to 30 yds rushing this year!
