LSU head coach Brian Kelly spoke with The Advocate and provided a few injury updates as spring practice approaches.
Kelly said that cornerback Zy Alexander will not practice during the spring as he recovers from a torn ACL but expects him to be "full-go" for summer workouts and on track for preseason camp.
Alexander suffered the injury during the Army game last season on October 21.
Kelly added that offensive lineman Miles Frazier recently had his knee scoped and should be ready to practice.
As for Josh Williams (knee), Kelly said they would be "careful" with the veteran running back, but he is not out. Williams missed spring practice last year as he recovered from knee surgery.
