LSU wide receiver Barion Brown received the game ball after Saturday's 23-7 win over Louisiana Tech.

Brown made his Tiger Stadium debut vs. the Bulldogs and had eight receptions for 94 yards and 151 all-purpose yards.

I dont know,elite speed is measurable . his field vision isn't able to be measured though. hes the best returner in cfb history. speed and vision are a must to hold that title as best ever at returner.
if hes not the best in the country hes definitely the best ever in this confeeenc.
