Three-star tight end Jalen Shead from Olive Branch, Mississippi announced his commitment to LSU on Sunday afternoon.
Shead, a 6-4, 240-pound prospect from Olive Branch High School committed to LSU over offers from schools like Alabama, Ole Miss, Florida State, and many others.
Shead is LSU's first tight end commitment of 2021, and the 18 overall for the class.
