The LSU coaching staff received some good news late Wednesday night when class of 2018 wide receiver Devonta Jason announced that he has committed to the Tigers.

Jason, a 6-3, 185-pound prospect from New Orleans, LA (Landry-Walker) is rated the No. 6 wide receiver in the country and the No. 4 overall player from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2018, according to 247 Sports.

LSU now has three verbal commitments for the class of 2018, which is currently ranked No. 1 overall, with the addition of Jason.
