The LSU coaching staff extended an offer to talent five-star running back Lorenzo Lingard from Orange City, FL (University High School) on Tuesday.


Lingard is the No. 2 running back in the nation and the No. 1 overall recruit in Florida for the 2018 class, according to 247Sports.

The 6-0, 180-pound prospect already holds offers from schools like Alabama, Florida, Auburn, Florida State, Miami, Clemson, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and many others.

Sounds like a scat back Darren Sproles type. Coach C. could incorporate him into the offense in many ways!

That's because he already received offers from a lot of major schools already. Coach O has to work his magic. He's a 2018 guy so there's lots of time to sway him to Baton Rouge.
