Former LSU guard Curtis Givens has reportedly committed to Memphis out of the transfer portal.

The 6-3 freshman from Memphis, Tenn., averaged 4.8 points per game last season and was expected to be a key returning piece for Matt McMahon next season.

Givens announced in April that he would be returning to LSU for his sophomore season, but ultimately ended up in the portal and is now heading home to Memphis to continue his college career.

I have a feeling this won't work out well. Family is maintenance.
