No. 9 LSU begins a three-game series at Alabama starting this Friday night at Sewell-Thomas Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The Tigers head into the weekend with a 27-15, 11-7 SEC record while the Crimson Tide are 25-17, 4-14 SEC. Alabama leads the all-time series with LSU,197-172-3

Here is a look the pitching matchups for this weekend, according to LSUSports.net:

Game 1: Friday, April 26 – 6 p.m. CT (SEC Network +)
LSU – Jr. RH Zack Hess (2-2, 4.11 ERA, 46.0 IP, 24 BB, 47 SO)
Alabama – Sr. RH Sam Finnerty (5-5, 4.12 ERA, 59.0 IP, 8 BB, 44 SO)

Game 2: Saturday, April 27 – 2 p.m. CT (SEC Network +)
LSU – So. RH Eric Walker (3-3, 5.44 ERA, 43.0 IP, 14 BB, 33 SO)

I’ll keep the 6 NCs and all the SEC championships...and they can have a few more wins...cause...well..we didn’t care about baseball til the mid 80’s apparently
