BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU catcher Hayden Travinski blasts his seventh home run of the year in the bottom of the seventh inning as the seventh-ranked Tigers defeated Southeastern Louisiana 8-4 Tuesday night inside Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
With the win, LSU improved to 20-6 on the season, while the Lions dropped to 17-8.
The Tigers return Thursday in Fayetteville to take on Arkansas in the first game of the series. The contest will be broadcast on ESPN2, and it can be heard on the LSU Sports Radio Network affiliates.
