Former LSU forward Trendon Watford has re-signed with the Brooklyn Nets on a one-year, $2.7 million deal.

He will become an unrestricted free agent next summer.

Watford went undrafted in the 2021 NBA draft and signed a four-year, $5.8M deal with the Portland Trailblazers in 2022. He was waived in June 2023 and signed with the Nets in August 2023.

I can’t recall him playing for the tigers. LSU mens basketball has been so irrelevant for so long. I remember Ben Simmons & his crapfest of a year at LSU
