Notre Dame quarterback Kenny Minchey has officially committed to the Kentucky Wildcats after entering the NCAA transfer portal, ending a brief commitment to Nebraska of just over a day.
Minchey, a redshirt sophomore who appeared in six games for the Fighting Irish in 2025 and completed 20 of 26 passes for 196 yards, opted to flip his pledge to Kentucky under new head coach Will Stein, giving the Wildcats a new leader at quarterback with two years of eligibility remaining.
