Multiple sources are reporting that Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart will be Georgia's next head coach. The hire will be effective after the SEC championship game.
Smart has been the defensive coordinator at Alabama since 2008 and played safety for the Georgia Bulldogs from 1995-98.
