A criminal record and public shame for Less than an ounce and bong? Exhibit A why the "war on drugs" is a psychopathic, lunatic driven, punitive , outdated, and regressive policy. He's only crime is that he got caught. Perhaps they should raid every dorm on campus, I bet they'd find worse. What a waste. Yay for states rights!
