They only choked in the Utah game after the best offensive lineman in the nation got suspended and their second best one got hurt early. The Florida game was a battle and Tebow made some great plays to win that game in the 4th quarter. Florida was the favorite and eventual champion but Bama led goin...

Saban on Jerrell Harris

"Jerrell is a very good athlete, instinctive, he is a playmaker and he can run". I think Bama's defense may get even better with his arrival into the lineup. :nana:...
TR is getting a lot more carries than Upchurch now and has been since the FIU game....

If it was at Arkansas I might see it being somewhat competitive. Gators will beat them bad at home....

I think Saban was embarrased by his time at Miami. He is obsessively driven for success. I don't believe he came back to college football to rebuild Alabama. He came back to send a message that he is one of the best coaches out there and Alabama was the kind of program where he could do it....

I think Saban came to Alabama to prove something after his failure in Miami. He is going to cement his legacy at Alabama as of football's best coaches....

He is at the Mecca of college football and has the program built up to his standards and running like a well oiled machine. He can accomplish all his coaching goals at Bama and he will retire there as one of the greatest college coaches ever....

Bama had the same problem with the pancake posse....

If your offensive line can't block it does not matter what plays you run or what kind of talent you have at the skill positions. Your offense will always struggle like LSU has. Unless they have a better offensive line to put in the game it will be that way the rest of the sec season....

LSU's offense cannot get better. A bad offensive line is not something you can cover up. Either you can block or you just don't have it that year....

Star is not better than Gmac but he is better than Jordan Jefferson....

JJ is not a good runner or passer. Star would have got you the W Saturday....

If LSU had Star Jackson

They may have beat Florida....
I disagree. I think the struggles on offense last week are going to be harped on and corrected. I think bama will really crush SC at home....
The staff seems to make good corrections to the previous game's mistakes. I would not be at all surprised if Bama hammers SC on homecoming....

re: Overrated?

I also think Bama has what it takes to win it all. Last year I felt the passing game and qb pressure were areas of weakness. This year both have been addressed and the team looks good to great in all phases. Kick returns is the only shaky spot and it has improved....
Who cares. They blew them out stupid....
