shoulda, woulda, coulda.

You guys should just be glad you came out of there with a win. We had WR's all over the field in free roam. Just didn't have a QB that could get it too them.

In other words you sucked it up?

That goes both ways. Greg McElroy missed some wide open WRs too. When you bring lots of pressure to negatively affect the QB, there are going to be open WRs down the field. However, if you're successful in getting to the QB, as Alabama has been all season, it really doesn't matter.

I hope GMac never has an "I'm gonna force it to Julio every play" game again. I was starting to get irritated.

I think he learned his lesson, but for different reasons than most think. From what GMac said in an interview, he was trying to get rid of the ball too quick because he was concerned about the Ole Miss rush, and since Julio is the first receiver in most of his progressions that is where it was thrown.

GMac just needs to settle back down an go thru his progressions. And the Staff may need to make some other receivers the first read if Julio is gonna be double covered all the time.

Don't pat yourself on the back. We blitz from pretty much every angle on every down and distance. That leaves people open. If the blitz gets picked up, any QB will pick you apart. Your O-line didn't pick up the blitz, so Snead had someone in his face on every dropback. Can't expect much from a QB who is running for his life. The same thing happened to McElroy. We had wide open guys that he never saw because he had 2 seconds to get rid of the ball.

Give me a fricking break. We should have beat OM by 40 points. OM is lucky that they didnt get embarrassed more than they did.
