I got busted when I was 18 or 19 drinking in public were we all hung out in town. Luckily I wasnt drunk yet. But the damn cop mad me open all my beers and pore them out in front of him.

Have also had 5,beat 2 and have a dui2nd pending the other 2 l paid large fines and had to go to adsap classes for 16 weeks. if you bait a trap with beer and pussy you will pretty much catch me every time.it has cost me mucho cash over a 17 year period and hell no i ain't quitting

My buddy just got a BUI last week. Never took the breathalyzer and it was a stupid field test. But they hauled him off because he refused the breathalyzer on account that he had 2 beers a while ago but was nervous about it peaking during the blow. Not sure what's gonn happen in court but we bailed him out of jail within a couple of hours and they never touched his license. Interested to see how it plays out with that shitty evidence, no breathalyzer, and a good attorney.

When I got my consumption under age I had to go to a class and they told us to never blow in it. They said go to jail they will take your blood but they have to book you first and that will give you a few hours to sober up!

They didn't take his blood at jail. They have 0 evidence of him drinking.

Don't know the specifics of the jurisdiction he was arrested in, but a lot Under-the-Influence laws state that a refusal to submit to a breathylzer is deemed an admission of guilt or otherwise change the burden of proof in favor of the prosecutor. That said, most such cases get plea deals - prosecutors generally don't want to waste their time with them.

OUI in January 2011, hitting snowbanks several times was kind of a giveaway to the cop that pulled me over. Told him I had only had a couple beers and then he when he flashed his light in the car and it revealed a bottle of Jack that had been partially consumed. 1 year probation, OUI school, mandatory 2 AA meetings, and now an absurd car insurance rate. Also put myself on life support a year ago by going a little crazy with booze at a party drinking myself to a .506 BAC, thank god my buddy called an ambulance when he noticed I was beyond just passed out drunk and my breathing was getting shallow. Needless to say I've ratcheted the partying down quite a bit.

I know how to have the fun. one of my duis included a 45 min high speed chase worthy of cops pit moves,sparks,tasers,hog tied the works too long of a story to post. i left shitty ohio yesterday spending time with the inlaws till Friday then headed to my home town of camden sc to get fricked up on lake wateree till sunday!! I would give you my email addy but it includes my fist and last name and i don't want to get all Gowdered up!!!!

Same thing as a DUI, for whatever reason it's termed Operating Under the Influence up here not Driving Under the Influence. Actually I thinks it's called an OUI just so they can apply it to boating and other tasks one might do drunk that is not necessarily driving.
