funny you should ask. My last one was in SC over 2yrs ago and went to court for it a year ago. moved back to savannah and the Ga DDS never picked up on it. They finally did last week after 11 months. So my shite is suspended for one month on a 2nd offense

My 2nd 2nd offense actually

My non drug related arrests are way better

I hit a contractor in the face with a rubber mallet one time. turned his entire jaw into pudding. As far as I know, if I ever get pulled over as close as 1 state over from Louisiana im gone for a stretch I guess. maybe not now idk. Its been like 8 or 9 years ago

Jumped on a 25k bond. there was NO frickING WAY I was even remotely chancing ending up at Angola. I had to travel for two years until the bondsman gave up on me My family fricking hated me for all the harassment they got during all that. I was a mobile party unit that whole time

I would totally rape you in prison...

That would suck.

First to get arrested on the frivolous charge of open-container by some bull-dike cop on a horse that must have been on the rag and having a bad day........ and THEN, on top of that, to get raped by a former UGA player in prison while waiting on bail.

I've always said that nothing could make me stop being a Georgia fan, but that would probably do it, right there.

I got busted after leaving my friends house after the Georgia vs Georgia tech game 3 years ago. I had been drinking allday and left his house all day. I pass a cop about half way home and he followed me 9 miles and as I cut my blinker on and turned into my yard he pulled into my yard and cut his lights on.I blew a .08 in my front yard and went to jail for 10 hours, lost my license for 1 year, had to do 80 hours of community service, and had to go to dui school! Its sucked!!!

I've had several "run-ins" with the law. That may be an understatement. The best one is too long to type, so I won't tell that story.

When I was 18, I was at a fraternity party in Auburn. I had been there about 30 minutes when a buddy came up to me and asked if I would take him to Taco Hell. I obliged. He was 18 and had only had one beer or so. I had exactly one and a half nasty lights. Then a third buddy, who was so drunk he could barely stand, decided to jump in the car with us. (No problem) we mad our way down to Taco Hell and found a rather long line in the drive through. As we were waiting to order our food, I heard the backseat door open and out went the drunk arse 17 year old. We didn't think much of it at the time and proceeded to stay in line. A minute later the drunk arse returned to my car and hopped back in. (Still didn't think anything of it) So, we finally order our food and wait a little longer to get to the window. As we were paying for our tacos, someone tapped on my tinted passenger side window with a flashlight. Role the window down to see a lovely Auburn policeman standing there. He proceeds to ask us, "who the hell was pissing in the drive through?" Suddenly dawned on us that drunk arse had jumped out to take a piss. So, we were told to pull around and have a chat with our officer friend. He asked if we had been drinking and we said no. Then we all were breathalized. My buddy and I blew right around a .02 and the drunk arse blew a .25. We were all toasted to jail for minors in consumption of alcohol. Since my buddy and I were both 18 at the time we had to spend the night in the tank. The drunk arse who got us arrested was allowed to call his parents and sleep in his nice warm bed that night. Worst part was it was the exact day that the time changed so we had no clue what time it was and had to spend an extra hour in jail. Charges were dropped, but not expunged. There is a huge difference. Just because something is dropped, does not mean it is off your record! Learned that when I went into the Army. Told them I had no criminal background and they said I did. The state of Alabama does not expunge charges. I do believe that Georgia does. Make sure your charges are expunged if you want a clean record.

I just remembered.

I was handcuffed and Mirandized in the Dairy Queen parking lot on Oconee St by the captain of the ACPD DUI Task Force about 7 years ago, but never ended up being arrested.

I would love to here some of the stories behind the arrest. Please share more

When I was at UGa the drinking age was 18. Back then the girls had curfew time and had to be in the dorm by midnight on weekends. We pulled up in front of the girls dorm and my buddy in the back leaned out his window and puked. Unfortunately an Athens cop was walking by and my buddy caught him from the waist to his shoes. We both got Public drunkeness and spent the night in city jail.

This is like the 9th time in this thread you've done it so I know it's not just a slip up, but dear God man it's 'statute'. It's not a carved sculpture.

As for my story, me and 2 buddies went to the GT/Miami game (of course on a thursday night) because we didn't have Friday class. This was senior year at UGA. We go and park in the varsity and are tailgating with the miami fans and just moving through a ton of beer (except 1 guy, who was driving). So we get hammered and go to the game, but the nerds are winning so we leave at halftime. I kept drinking more beer in the backseat all the way from Atl to Athens. I was pretty skilled at buzzed driving so I didn't hesitate to get in my truck and drive the 2 miles from my buddy's to my apartment. The exit of the neighborhood is on a steep downhill slope, so I come to rest at the stop sign there, look left, right, left again and ease off the brake into the street (I'm making a left turn). Around the left though is a sharp blind curve, and just as I am easing into the road a car is coming pretty fast around that curve. I basically had a millisecond to decide whether to brake or gun it to try to get into my lane. Well I chose poorly and tried to gun it, and as I did the other drive turned his wheel to the left to try to pass the front of my truck. He ended up hitting me directly in my driver side door, and the force of the hit pushed me through a front yard and directly into a brick wall that was the front of someone's house.

Needless to say the police were called and I got a DUI. DUI's are not fun, and I learned my lesson. I got the mandatory minimums for the state, which were as follows:

-24 hours jail time (I went to population, like naked with a jumpsuit on in a pod with animals, not just a holding cell)
-12 months probation
-suspended license
-Victim Impact Panel
-40 hours community service
-20 hour drug/alcohol class
-roughly $1,000 fine
-years worth of much higher car insurance rates

Haven't driven that drunk since.

Had a couple drinking violations. Best one was in college some young punk cop tried to give me a ticket for underage drinking when I was 22. Idiot didnt even ask for my ID before writing said ticket. When I corrected him, he saved face by giving me a $360 ticket for an open container. I hate cops.
