I was charged with open container, but back in the day, that shite got dismissed and never made the news paper....
I also did copious amounts of cocaine off the lower back, tits, and vaginal areas of multiple strippers at the Gold Club with a now retired NFL player who has since found Jesus, a guy who is a national pundit for Conservative values, the son of a GA County Sheriff, and a dude who does pretty well over at co-cola... There were also a few off duty cops with them ...
It is amazing what really hot gals with daddy issues will do to your cock and balls for some of that powder...

I had two valium under my seat (did not know they were there) and was charged with Felony possession of a Schedule IV drug.
I was told if one more was found, they would have charged me with Felony intent to distribute.
Now, they did this because they thought I tried to run over the officer at a check point and kept going about a block. I was also charged with A DWI that night with a .07. If I was 18 at the time, no DWI.
The truth is I have bad eyesight, and didn't have my glasses on. No cop lights on, just an officer in the middle of the street. Never saw him, and pulled over once the cops raced after me. Go thrown on the hood violently.
Now, 4 months later, got a DWI with a .03. Again, a month later I would have been 18. That's a .08 limit.
Because of the felony charges, + 2 "DWI"s, it cost us 15K, 3 months of outpatient rehab, and 1000 service hours. Along with monthly drug tests for a year (all passed).
I started doing the rehab and service hours before I appeared before the judge, so it became a monthly appearance at court with a continuance showing my progress.
I have nothing on my record FWIW.
Got a minor in possession in high school, and a misdemeanor weed charge as well, but got both dismissed.

Two underage drinking tickets in high-school.....Not really a big deal though because it's small town...everyone knows each other, so they said some shite like there'es a note in a drawer about these....straighten up or we'll dig them out one day....blah blah blah....
And one arrest for open container...in the Salt Life capital of South Carolina. No shite. Arrested for open container walking near the battery. Female dike horse-cop. Mug shots, finger prints, the works......but as they were making me take my shoe laces out...which I asked the Deputy why? and he said, It's so you can't hang yourself in your cell.......my buddies showed up and bailed me out. And we went back downtown.
That's it for me.

Me and 3 of my buddies decided we wanted to smoke at an elementary school.
Earlier in the day we had picked up some bud and the stupid dealer gave us 8 dime bags for some reason. Tried to tell my buddy that we should empty it all into one package, but ended up keeping them separate.
Also, a local festival was going on that same night and we swung by there to cooler check some trucks. Ended up getting six bud ehavies and a thing a jager.
anyways we get to the school and start smoking on this playground that is behind a big building. all of sudden we see head-lights flash and I go to see whose pulling up. And of course its the cops. My first reaction was to bolt and 2 of my friends followed me. We run into this field, dodging cops spotlights and shite.
Meanwhile the one dumbass who didnt run is arrested by the cops and calls me to tell me that the cops want me to come back or they're towing my truck. So, me and the two guys get scooped up by our other friend. They drop me off by this store so I can walk up to meet my fate.
I get to scene, there's probably about 5 cop cars out there. They look through my truck. Find the jager and pot and got a ride to the county jail.
frickers tried to charge me with intent to distribute in a school area because I had those 8 dime bags and because we were on school property. Got it reduced to underage possesion and weed.
Got to wash golf carts all summer for my proba.
oh, and my mom worked at that same exact elementary school.

Waxy, at first your story read as though you smoked weed in 3rd grade. I was like god damn.
Been close to a couple of DUI's myself(knock on wood.) Wife gave me a kitten when we were dating & while driving home at 3AM a cop pulled me over and asked several times if I had been drinking... I just repeated, "No sir." each time.. The whole time his flashlight was pointed at the cat crawling around on the front seat..
All I can figure is, he didnt want to do the extra paperwork or call animal control that early in the morning... Cuz he let me go.... Bounce.
The closest to be locked up was in the basement of the stadium at Jacksonville right before the UGA/UF kickoff.

DUI when I was 22 in Atlanta. I got busted coming back from Buckhead...1994 or so. Spent the night in the Fulton Cty lock up.
Out of all the crazy shite I did in Athens, never caught.

5 years ago my girlfriend at the time lost our baby so I went out to a local bar and I got drunk as shite. It was the only time that I've ever sat behind the wheel of my car and knew that I was too drunk to be there. Long story short I wound up sliding into a ditch on my way home. I didn't know my back tire was flat from a nail. Cops showed up and I was charged with dui, failure to maintain lane, driving with faulty equipment (nail in the tire), driving to fast for conditions and reckless driving. Didn't have a prior record so I got a lawyer and he got everything dropped to reckless driving.

A buddy and me were pulled over and detained when I was 18. Given a ticket for possession of marijuana. We were not booked, instead released to parents custody.
Went before a judge a month later, paid $500 fine and did 25 hours community service.
Not on my record.

Being arrested is not the same as being cited. Many people have been cited, not many have been cuffed. Besides, if I had one, it would have been exponged.

My closest call...
Me and 2 friends were out riding around one night drinking beer when we were about 18. We cut through some dirt roads and stopped to take a piss. We finished our beer while we were there and luckily got rid of the evidence. At the next paved road we came out on there was a road block with both local law enforcement and DNR. It was deer season and I guess they ganged up to catch poachers and drunks.
The DNR ranger came up to the window, looked us over and ordered us out of the truck. They then searched it top to bottom. I guess it may have matched a suspicious vehicle discription or something. When he was done he said that the truck smelled like a brewery and wanted to know where the beer was. We of course denied it and for whatever reason they let us go. I guess they were looking for bigger fish. It may have also helped that this was a small town and we knew just about all of the guys at the road block.

ok here goes. In my lifetime Ive had 5 DUIs. Never been charged more than a 2nd offense though
Two assault charges that were alcohol related, one that wasn't
4 simple possession charges. 1 prescription not in container
Best DUI story. Was in Greenville, SC leaving the nastiest strip bar on planet earth. pulled out and tried to go left but didn't notice a concrete median. had to drive about 100yds to whip over out of oncoming. too late
Well I wasn't extremely drunk that night. but I did just happen to have about 5g's of powder and maybe a qtr of good weed on me. So naturally I took the cop for a long ride while I ate drugs. By the time I was done there was 7 cruisers on me and a chopper on the way. they completely unassembled my truck on the side of the road and didn't find a crumb. I thought they were going to take me into the woods and just shoot me
Anyway. news van was there and everything. If I didn't start sweating profusely they wouldn't have even been able to blood test me like they did and give me the DUI
Ironically, given all the mayhem, this is the only DUI ive ever outright beaten in court
My first one I was 17. After a few years and a bunch of shite it just came off my record

Damn right it's not. Until you're locked up with the suit on it's just another day in paradise.
To tell you how bad our DUI laws are, I was talking to a black dude who was arrested for beating his old lady (his words). When I told him I got DUI he said "man...you're f**ked" I never forgot that.
