Question....
If i do zoysia plugs with pennington fescue, will the zoysia take over the fescue over time or the other way around?

I think most, if not all, fescue grasses are "bunch" type grasses and don't send out runners. Zoysia should overtake it as long as you keep it mowed regularly so the fescue doesnt produce seedheads.

It seems like it would be a common question, but I'm unable to google anything specific to this question. I wonder if someone else asks the question, like K9, if the guy I pissed off would answer.
