That centipede grows best in sunlight. It sends out runners and everywhere it touches ground it roots.
I was picking beans this morning and reached into a bush and found a 4 ft rattlesnake. Backed out fast and got the shotgun. No more bean picking today.

Lol. Don't get bit.

What is interesting is my front gets as much or more but the backyard is taking off. Runners are climbing the trees. I think the soil is more acidic ....plus having an arse of rain lately helps.

Also - I have a mole in the front yard. He has one tunnel from one bed to another so I haven't brought out the guns yet but I'm keeping an eye on him. I squash his tunnel every day and he builds it back. It's like a subterranean beaver.

I use Spectracide brand Triazicide insect killer for fleas, ticks, other insects, and moles. It kills the grubs in the ground and that's the mole food. I spray it in March, June, and September. Comes in a bottle that hooks to your garden hose.

Does this stuff work for mole crickets, too?

I live just outside of Savannah and have a problem with mole crickets and insects in general destroying my yard. Haven't really been able to get a handle on them. Also, am looking for some weed killer that's safe for centipede/st Augustine types of grass. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't know if it kills mole crickets or not, but it kills the grubs in the ground that moles burrow to find. If you have a good garden store or farm supply store they might help you with mole crickets. But it works well on most critters in the yard.
Centipede and St. Augustine are susceptible to being killed by many weed killers. Read the label to check, or go to a good nursery, like a Pikes.

Second pic, at the bottom, grass laid over, looks like dull lawnmower blade, or low rpm.

There's always at least one East German judge.

Also, note on the last pick I'm in my neighbors yard taking it - you can see the instant patchy decline over his line.

You need to get some Roundup on that retaining wall in Pic 1.

Hydrangia needs shaping up, color on the blooms is good though. I'm a little worried it was overtrimmed this spring.

Yeah that whole area was such a mess, I didn't even know how to approach the criticism. With the angles, not sure what is his yard and what is the neighbors. Sloppy submission overall.
