Call me crazy but I'd rather have Vahe than Weathersby. We could use a true center...he's a Tongan, and a mean SOB. He won't play ahead of Matthews but when his time comes, he's gonna maul some motherfrickers.

Don't know enough to have an opinion. It may come down to which position on the line we are more in need of.

Strong is doing his best to make it seem that going to Texas is like being sent to juvenile detention

It does from what they are talking about but I think it's silly to care whether you have a visor. I know it's big business, but playing football is supposed to be fun. You can win and have fun.

frick I'm an old guy that finds extraneous stuff pointless. But I still recoil when someone tries to enforce a meaningless rule on me. Lots of Strong's rules come across to me as an effort to show who is in charge with no real effect. All his rules didn't keep multiple players from smoking up. And they didn't keep two of his players from gang raping a chick. There are things that matter and things that don't and he sure spends a lot of his time focused on things that don't.

I agree. I think he's coming off as overbearing, petty and trivial.

Well said. I really don't see why having a visor or not is a big deal.

Anybody have any feelings on Daylon? I can't see him not ending in in College Station.
