A joke regarding the cost of attendance to the education for sure, but Miami is a fine academic school. It's just not the best bang for the buck.
It's a Ford university at a Ferrari price. Nothing wrong with a Ford though.

Ole Miss and Mississippi State have the public education of their state to blame. They have to allow a certain amount of in state people into their colleges preventing them (especially Ole Miss) from having the esteem that they would prefer.

Actually, MSU was #142 on the list that was posted. Ole Miss was #150. The OP listed LSU and Arky backwards as well.
#142 is tied with Arizona St, Oklahoma St, Oregon St, and Rutgers.
