You don't leave the number one college football network "mutually". Regardless, he is a troll and is not that knowledgeable about football. Picked Louisville to win the BCS this year. Picked Ole Miss to win the SEC a few years ago. His never ending love affair with Boise.

To each his own, but I can't stand Danielson. He has his favorites and makes it clear.

People let Danielson's excitement about football mess up their assessment. He does get on streaks where he just wants to talk about one team or player, but he just likes the game and wants to talk about it.
He's not like Verne, who will be openly celebratory if his team is doing well, and get openly exasperated when the other team has success.

Because Danielson is f'ing smart about football. He won't put you to sleep with his knowledge, either..which is what makes him good.

And I share the opinion that danielson is a pretty good color guy, don't know what's not to like about him.

Some commentators can pick on and troll and team or fanbase and do it in a reasoned way. Cowherd, for example, trolls the heck out of fanbases all the time but does it in a humorous, good spirited way. Brando, on the other hand, seems spiteful and vindictive in his trolling.
Brando's radio show would be decent if not for all the redneck sidekicks of his babbling on and on in the background. Brando fancies himself a sophisticated sports commentator and likes to take shots at so called redneck fanbases yet he has redneck sidekicks running wild on his Lousiana based radio show.

Also, Danielson is the best analyst in the business. Verne is the worst play-by-play IMO.
His favorite calls are OH NOOOOO (when a team gets a first down against Bama) and YEESSSSS (when bama gets a first down)

Listened to his radio show for the first time a few days ago. It was awful. Very sophomoric which was surprising for a "national" guy like him. Could barely listen through all the little corny canned sounds they play constantly. Brando's best gig is as a basketball play by play guy and is average at that. Otherwise he is pretty much change the channel worthy to me.

AKA, radio personalities that don't agree with Govt Tide's opinion are bad bad
Get over it...he's one of the few that won't cradle Alabama's balls while sucking them off.

Brando is not well liked by LSU fans as he really is a prick as a person. Many locally know he is famous for playing the "do you know who you are talking to "card when trying to throw his weight around BR. A State Trooper friend heard that from him when he clocked Brando at 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. The Trooper responded with "you are talking to the guy who's going to take you to jail if you don't shut up". No loss to the college football world at all.
