A&M vs Nebraska 2010
Fast forward to the 5:30 mark in the video. It got pretty damn loud in there, and Mushmouth & Herbie even commented on it

Well, without actually playing the Longhorns, you won't ever be able to truly break away from that Little Brother tag. You guys pussed out and will pay for it for eternity.
So true. Aggies everywhere rue the day we "ran away" from Texas and into college football's most publicized and prestigious conference.
Such an inauspicious move. Nothing has gone right since.

It gets loud, no doubt...
It will be fking GLORIOUS when they finish renovations... Then it will get insanely loud...
Right now the acoustics dont give it the chance to be as loud as TS etc... but it will.

Went to see LSU-A&M last year. Sort of a strange experience. Had my LSU gear on so I was easily identified as an LSU fan. Not one single person said anything derogatory or even in support of their Aggies. Had several people thank me for coming. Though it was a competitive game the stadium was as quiet as any college stadium I have ever been in.

Its almost like they try to hard for other fan bases to like them.
Because nothing says "PLease ... love me" quite like our unbridled passion and ever-flowing hubris.

Real answer: Its loud, its not going to impress though. On the field is louder than the stands. With the redesign though, it will be the loudest in CFB.

Nah. Honestly I don't care what another fanbase thinks of us. We are who we are and that aint a gonna change.

Not as loud as Neyland, but still loud enough.

Aggie fans are a weird group. Its almost like they try to hard for other fan bases to like them. They think their chants are great, but everyone else think they are pretty goofy. The stadium can get loud, but their fans just usually do the goofy chants. Their band is the best around though. It will not compare to what bama dealt with last year in baton rouge.
That was an honest answer. I agree that in the past we have tried too damn hard to get people to like us. It never works. They don't like us, so we should embrace the hate. frick everybody else.
I do agree that we need to use yell practice for what it was intended--to prepare for the game THE NEXT DAY, not a game that happened 80 years ago. Yells need to be time and opponent specific. We can keep the goofy yells, but have one or two specific, customized yells PRACTICED for the next day.

If only we had a yell we changed for every game...

I'm sure it will be very loud. With that being said this is THE most overrated aspect of football there is.
Bama has winning record against everybody in the SEC and you go into some pretty loud venues. LSU, Auburn are the 2 loudest places I've ever heard. A football game is decided between 22 guys on the field. Not the drunks in the stands, the obnoxious students or what the band plays. I worry about certain aspects of the game saturday. Crowd noise is not of one single concern to me. I've never thought home field meant one red nickel when it came to who won or lost.

I have only been to one game at Kyle Field. I somehow ended up at the OU vs. A&M game in 2002 when OU was ranked #1 and A&M ended up beating them. It was the loudest game I've ever been to in my life and I've been to a lot of LSU games over the years. Just my opinion. Take it for what it's worth.
That was the loudest I attended while at A&M. You couldn't hear yourself yelling and the noise sounded more like a pulsing wave. My brother that was at that game said one of the late 90's games against Nebraska was louder.
I cannot wait to see what the closing in of the south endzone does in the future
