I know it is louder than Jordan Hare... we have more people, and we have far more drunk students.

THIS GAME COULD BE THE FINAL CORNER WE HAVE TO TURN BEFORE PERMANENTLY CHANGING THE LANDSCAPE OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL IN TEXAS.
Well, without actually playing the Longhorns, you won't ever be able to truly break away from that Little Brother tag. You guys pussed out and will pay for it for eternity.

It is. Totally quiet. Our team and fans have nothing to play for (except potentially working toward erasing 75 years of futility and all)

Please refrain from attempting to have a legitimate football discussion on the rant. You aren't going to get any sort of legitimate answer, and it will ALWAYS turn into a flame thread.

during games, I like to go to Kyle Field to study due to the serene calm

Sure, joining the toughest conference period is pussing out. We sure are paying for it as we look forward to the most anticipated game of the year nationally instead of our regular game with Texas.

It will be the loudest it has ever been. At least at the beginning. Its the biggest game ever played there.

So, practically everyone in attendance will know that this one game could be the turning point for the next 100 years of football? How do you think Kyle Field will be on Saturday, given these circumstances?

Now, that's all the serious you will get out of me. Back to sheep humping.

Man that Nebraska game had an electric feel to it. Sucks that record attendance will not be broken until the stadium is completed (how can cement burn?)

It is on par with Neyland... I've been to a few Vol games when it is crazy, and Kyle is every bit as loud.
Both great stadiums due to the fans.
I would imagine this game in particular will be the loudest we've ever had.

Its loud - Its always listed in top 10 lists of top loud stadiums - even as a horseshoe.
In the heat - not as loud like anywhere. People hydrating.

Aggie fans are a weird group. Its almost like they try to hard for other fan bases to like them. They think their chants are great, but everyone else think they are pretty goofy. The stadium can get loud, but their fans just usually do the goofy chants. Their band is the best around though. It will not compare to what bama dealt with last year in baton rouge.

Actually its the opposite of that.

We think our yells are great because they are unique.. The other teams (who are not aggie fans) can F off. We're not a fan of the way you do things.
See how that works?

Nick will be able to whisper the plays from the sideline while AJ stands in the huddle.

Not very loud. The organised cheers have their moments but not as tough as other stadiums.
