USC may interview Sumlin to fulfill the obligation to interview a minority coach. They do not want him. He will be interviewed at many hi profile jobs.

At some point someone will realize there is only one common denominator. It is true that in his 2 years at A&M Sumlin's results have been a mixed bag, but anyone who doesnt see the value the man brings by violently changing the programs trajectory is not looking at the whole picture.
The man isnt getting paid because he got us to a destination, hes getting paid because we believe hes got us on the right track to get where we want to go.
