You're not a wartime consigliere, Vandy.

So they'd only lose 10% of their fighting force? Not too bad!

I'd also recruiting Arky too. Those 2 would be a shield to protect the great state of TX.

Bravo.

USC would team up w/ Florida under the command of Gen. Steve Spurrier. Ally w/ Auburn and quickly wipe UGA off the map, then reach out to UTk and make a full assault on Bama.

I could see us as the Hyman Roth of the SEC Syndicate.

The real life Hyman Roth. Since he lived in Florida and is buried in Miami, I am gonna say that would be a Gator position.

I see Aub. as a double agent working with UGA & Alabama.

Then again, would the Dawgs & Tide team up?

This is war! Watch your back and trust no one. Choose your friends wisely or risk compromise. Having said that, it is imperative the Commodore Navy reach the Gulf. Therefore, we will launch our navy at Memphis then float by Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Once in open waters, our navy could do much damage. In the meantime we will fortify several counties in the Middle TN area to protect our interest from the Crimson Tide to the South and Tennessee to the East.

Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia and Ole Miss ally together. Auburn, Miss State and LSU are together.

ah, so you propose a Gentlemen vs. stableboy scenario. It's fitting.

LSU and A&M would team up in a heartbeat. I don't see any scenario where those two aren't on the same side.

For the past 50 years LSU has been establishing a fifth-column presence in Houston and Dallas. When the time is ripe, East Texas will be annexed into Greater Louisiana without a shot being fired. As its doubtful that Emperor Carville I will tolerate any lingering rivalry between Aggie and his beloved Tigers, aTm is almost certain to be absorbed into the University of Louisiana system as ULCS. Sectarian violence between College Station and Lafayette will likely be unavoidable.

We have two Air Force bases and one Naval air station and we build ships for the Navy, so we need to team up with Georgia or A&M for their Army bases. Then we have a complete military to kill off everyone else. We are not in a state to frick with!

Was just thinking we already decided this. Think, Semo, Tbird, DBT and I had LSU, A&M, Mizzou, and Arkansas aligning.

Yes. There's a lot of fire power in those 4 states, and a lot of natural resources. I think we decided we needed an eastern ally as well though.

Florida. We can seize the panhandle and the Alabama/Mississippi coastline and own the gulf.

LSU and A&M have all the oil
We've got the port of NOLA
We both have nationally recognized ROTC's
Both good-sized, rabid fan bases

If there can only be two a team, we'd really frick the rest of the foes with ease.

If we had to add one more, we'll add Arkansas so the Walton's can starve our enemies' militias

eta: it just dawned on me just pathetic we are. 65 moar days
