Fratxis powers
Alabama
Georgia
Ole Miss
Agrarian revolutionaries obsessed with big brother
Auburn
Mississippi State
Texas A&M
Decadent outsiders
LSU (will likely not side with Alabama)
South Carolina (will likely side with UGA)
Power to the South
Florida (will likely side with Alabama because they can beat Florida's biggest rival, unlike Alabama's biggest rival, Auburn)

Bama, Florida, LSU. That's the elite of the SEC. Then, by order of natural rivalries, we add UGA, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky.
We would be slightly outnumbered, but it's not a problem. You could never get Arkansas and A&M to coordinate together, and the landmass schools would just fight each other and beg for attention. We would know every move auburn would make, because they would focus all attention on Bama and ignore everyone else, leaving them highly vulnerable to flank and rear attacks. Speaking of rear attacks, how could anyone take the orange buttchuggers seriously anyway?

There's plenty more land in the south

If we're just going with football players I'm choosing A&M and Auburn. We've got all the thugs and weapons you need. Everybody else would be in trouble.

Who is our biggest rival?

What if we break Aaron Hernandez out of prison and bring him back to Florida?

From a tactical standpoint? For Bama I would take Texas A&M, Tennessee and Florida. Own the Gulf for pure naval superiority, and our primary border threat - Georgia - now has a fight on two fronts
Seems like this battle is already being fought. Last I heard, Georgia had changed the state boarders around Tennessee to get more water to Atlanta

Didn't we essentially perform a coup d'état on College Station & Columbia anyway?

I claim Florida as an ally based on this possibility. We could drop him behind enemy lines kinda like Carlson's Raiders

Mississippi builds attack helicopters and warships, so we would be valuable.
Here's what I do. I join together with Ole Miss, LSU, Arkansas and reluctantly Missouri and cut off A&M and protect the Mississippi River.
I like South Carolina and they build jets, so I support their joining with Florida, Tennessee and Georgia in attacking the evil that is Alabama by attacking them from the West side.
Vanderbilt is sort of Switzerland, but Kentucky easily takes the entire Big Ten area. We tell Missouri to secure Iowa, Minnesota and Illinois. Honestly, because they are annoying, not because we want anything north of Memphis.
Texas A&M is still cut off by the LSU regiment. We are raping everything in site in Alabama before meeting up with the South Carolina-led contingent in Anniston. Because of a secret deal between the first two states to secede, we turn on Georgia and burn down Atlanta. We allow Florida to return to their sovereign territory unscathed.
