It's one player. It's not like we lost Treadwell, Bro, Tunsil and Vince.

I think you upgrade losing Bro

He had 3300 yards passing last year. How would we be upgrading?

We can't have any injuries, and I'm not exactly excited about Robert conyers's "dominate" presence on the line where golson was.

Golson wasn't exactly dominant when he was in last year either. He was pretty damn good don't get me wrong but he wasn't anything special. It's not like we lost a fricking All-American.

It's not necessarily WHO we lost, but the position we lost him from.

We will have only 3 game-tested tackles now. And that's including Cooper. We have Tunsil, Cooper, and Conyers.

That is NO bueno.

I know it's not good but we also have some other talented freshmen coming in that could help out. It's not as disastrous as people are making it out to be.

Didn't think about it from that point of view. In that case, Tyler Siskey needs to convince Golson to transfer to Bama

We don't have any freshman tackles coming in, really.

Guards:
Taylor
Sims (not ready)
Rawlings (not ready)
Putman (Not ready)

Tackles:
Cooper

He's a huge loss on what was already an inexperienced, thin OLine.

On scholly and eligible coming this fall:

Seniors - Darone Bailey (LOL), Chase Hughes (LOL), Carlton Martin (LOL)
Juniors - Aaron Morris, Justin Bell, Ben Still, Fahn Cooper
Sophomores - Tunsil, Conyers
Freshmen - Daronte Bouldin, Davion Johnson, Rod Taylor, Jordon Sims, Sean Rawlings, Tyler Putman

Starters will be:
LT - Tunsil
LG - A. Morris
C - Still
RG - Bell
RT - Conyers or Cooper

After that we have basically all freshmen and walkons.

An injury to the OLine hurts ANY team, but an injury to OUR OLine could keep us out of a bowl.

Other than losing Wallace or Tunsil, this is pretty much the worst thing that could happened. Nothing is being blown out of proportion.

What's he gonna do when he realizes Alabama doesn't have a pro team?

I guess buy who ever he is homesick for a house where he plays pro ball at.

I get that.

I'm talking more about people who are talking about what's best for Austin himself, as if any of us know him.

You know it's the party line to act sanctimonious on tRant.

We're all just so terribly concerned with these kids' well-being. It keeps us up at night.

I can think of a few more that would hurt worse.

It's his dying grandmother's last wish that he plays for national champion runner-up team Auburn.

And you should all wish him the best on this emotional journey to fulfill this request.

Surely Reverend Freeze did not just take a jab at a player leaving because of family reasons. From his twitter account.

So now they have changed scholarships to 4 years rather than year to year?
