According to the interweb Diaz made 575k how much was he paid to go to Miami? If they are willing to pay 900k now why not just give it to Diaz to stay it seemed they were happy with him form the outside

From my understanding, Coach O doesn't want to be a DC. He does want to become a HC again? I don't understand how you can jump from a position coach to a HC especially when your first HC job was a disaster. I don't know he will come to State. I saw the contract would be $ 900,000. I hope he does come. Great recruiter and great d-line coach. I would think he will alright at DC.
