Several other fans and you just don't get it. I didn't form this thread to debate who has set the standard for SEC football since the year 2000. Read the title. What is the standard for LSU football? Including 2000-2004 LSU is as dumb as including pre-2007 Alabama to assess Alabama's recent level of play. 2008-present Alabama is much different than the program that only won three SEC Championships since Bryant was coaching the Tide. 2000-2004 LSU was a different coaching staff. Saban's LSU and Shula's, etc. Alabama is irrelevant in this discussion. What is the standard that Miles' regime has set that fans can come to reasonably expect on a regular basis?

58-40 vs ole miss is 75%?

3-3 since creation of the mag bowl is 75%?

LSU fans, coaches and players should and do expect to be a 10-11 win team each year. Plain and simple. Miles has done it numberous times, including being undefeated and winning the conference just 2 years ago.

9-3 this year has people calling for Miles head. That should tell you something.

I'd say trying to win as many games as possible without looking spoiled or showing any sense of entitlement in the process.
