Technically you were our highest ranked opponent in 2012 I believe.
Oh and Notre Dame since you didn't clarify regular season (which is odd since that's all you seem to care about). Also we beat number one in 2011 as well.

At this point LSU is lucky to win 10 games a year,I mean they play Arkansas and Ole Miss every year, so really tough schedule. I mean they just barely beat Bert this year.

All we said was what we expect. All we did was
back up our expectations with what LSU has done these first 14 years of the 2000s....
We lost 14 starters, and still may go 10-3 and finish in the Top 10.
THAT is a rebuilding year for us.

In the 2000s you're currently behind 4 other teams- LSU, UGA FLA and Auburn. So "the standard"
is to remain on top. And we still are.
