Jimbo gonna spend a bunch of time in depositions and in the courtroom over the next couple of years with Jameis's civil suit. It'll get interesting. And embarrassing.

Fisher is a good coach but not a game changer like the coonasses are trying to make themselves believe. As an Alabama fan I don't really care who lsu hires.

Dear God, Our Heavenly Father, Hear Our prayer,

Please smite LSU. I won't ask you anymore to make my dick bigger or to be taken off the deep fryer at work any more if you just smite LSU. Let misfortune befall them in Jesus name we pray.

Amen.

Look, the next coach at LSU will be a failure if they don't win the first year.

LSU has said it isn't the players on the field, but the coach. Replacing the coach with those players means they win the whole damned thing. If they don't, that coach is a failure too.

One of these does not belong in the conversation. Hint: This team has an ampersand in it

Fischer is a good head coach and good recruiter. He'll likely do very well at LSU. He probably won't be Saban 2.0 so they need to have reasonable expectations

Doubt it, or at least you don't have much to base this off of.

Les isn't good at any one thing in particular. He's an OL specialist who had had slightly above average OL play and only 2 first round caliber guys in that position unit since he's been there. He's a shite playcaller, he sure as hell doesn't know defense, and he is an impressively poor in-game coach. His fallback as being a "CEO" is misguided, because he has failed to foresee issues before they arise and has done a poor job of creating and utilizing a system based on his recruiting resources.

Fisher, on the other hand, is known as a very good offensive coach who can recruit and develop QBs. If paired with a great DC like Muschamp, LSU would be a very formidable program.

We're not saying he's Meyer, Saban, or Harbaugh. But he's a great football coach and will help an LSU program that has mostly floundered during Miles' tenure. He is a perfect fit for what we want to do, and will hopefully be here for a long time.

At worst, all signs point to Jimbo doing at least as well as Miles the last few years, with the possibility of doing better.

It's a smart calculated decision. Very little downside with big potential upside.

He's also much younger. He has a good 15 years left of coaching. Miles was gonna be done in a few years regardless of what LSU fans wanted.

Eh, idk man. Have fun losing to Vandy and the like. Jimbo's teams are soft as baby shite and lose games that they have ZERO business losing. He had 1 great year/team. And Les even beat Auburn that year. Every other season for FSU under Jimbo has been dud after dud after near dud after near dud.

What a dumb statement.

You know, even by the relaxed standards of the Rant, you are an idiot. Yes, believe it or not, we might be concerned about our teams, not LSU and their coaching soap opera.

Give us all something to be thankful for this year and assure us you haven't passed along your defective genes to the next generation.

Les would put 4 consecutive QBs in the first round of the NFL draft if he were in the ACC?

Jimbo beat the SEC champ to win the national title, I think he would do just fine in the SEC, you're delusional to think otherwise

What the absolute frick? THAT'S what you care about? Jesus Christ he's had all those 1st round QBs and won 1 NC...and probably wouldn't have made it to that NC had they played in the SEC.

Les beat that Auburn team that year as well

Yes. I care about good QB recruiting and development. Most fans do.

SEC sucked dick that year. They would've been fine in the SEC with that roster.

Obviously every team would like that. And Les has fricked up with his shite offensive strategy. But, I think y'all are being blinded by this Jimbo QB shite and these FSU teams. He and the team have been overrated as hell.

I think Les needs to go. Just don't think Jimbo is the right guy. I think the SEC would eat him for lunch. He'll have less talent going against much better completion. Not only will he be going against many more solid teams, he's liable to lose to ANY team at any moment. I just think y'all will hate what he brings.
