Just got out of an early screening…..this was not good unfortunately and I wanted to like it.
There’s some fun stuff action wise and performances by Alan Richardson and Cavill keep the movie fun/light enough that it wasn’t the worst time, but they put little effort in anything else.

I hope he’s serious about that and pursues it. Heard some rumors he was attached to the next tarintino movie but that just got scrapped
I think Covid was a real jolt to some of the old guard directors and actors. Saw their own death in a way, seems like almost all the 60 plus year old directors ...

Yeah idc if it’s nostalgia driven or not, the ones in the OP look identical to their current ones to me and their old ones are so much better. But I’d probably say that for pretty much all the new wave jerseys (dolphins, pats, jags etc) so probably is mostly nostalgia driven ...
