I look at two games where the SEC played the ACC. Clemson vs AU and TN vs Va Tech. Both AU and TN had very average teams last year, yet they competed with the elite of the ACC.

Well, Clemson beat Florida State, Virginia Tech, Ohio State and Alabama, so I think they showed they were elite, regardless of what happened week 1 on the road.

Florida State manhandled Florida.

The middle of the ACC basically swapped blows with the middle of the SEC.

you believe the rumors, PBJ is sitting in the shadows waiting to take back control over fathers program. Drummond is dead, and he was the one that pushed for all the control for Saban.

Well of course Auburn fans believe rumors. You guys along with LSU fans are some tin foil hat wearing sumbitches.

bama was a winner long before Saban showed up, and will be a winner long after he's gone. It's bama, you should be used to it by now, its what we do

Believe rumors when they come from reliable sources(Bama). I know most posters do not understand, but there are people from both fan bases that get along with each other. They do not depend on message boards for their info.

You are literally the most combative Auburn fan on this website towards Alabama people and the University in general (other than maybe Raburn57 and phan). Sorry if we don't believe that you are cordial and friendly in real life. If so, maybe you should change up your cyber personality to match.

Believe this, Dabo will be the next coach at Bama and you will not have any better luck with him than Saban.

Before Saban, us Auburn fans were used to handing you your asses every year, and laughing as you guys prayed you could make it to 6 wins and the Shreveport Bowl. Oh how quickly you forget.

Hire Nick Saban? Not everyone ignored that, and Alabama didn't write it.

Louisville and Va Tech were ACC top 4, they lost to TN, LSU and KY. The ACC victories were against middle to lower end of the SEC.

I was referencing what you posted. You claimed ACC middle of the pack was better than the SEC. LAST YEAR the upper part of the SEC was down.

Dabo ain't gonna go nowhere. He is king in Clemson and the ACC. Clemson would give away the state of South Carolina to keep him. If he wins another NC in the next few years, he will be God there.

The middle of the pack in the ACC basically split with the SEC.

- VT lost to TN but beat Arkansas
- Louisville was in a tailspin late and lost to UK and LSU
- Georgia Tech beat Georgia and Kentucky.

Point being the ACC wasn't much less of a grind last year as the SEC was. The SEC had some bad teams in it. The old "SEC grind" thing doesn't exist nearly as much anymore as it used to.

Dabo will be the next coach at Bama

So you guys will pay a coach 12 million a year to come to Tuscaloosa? The talent level at Bama is not all that much greater than the talent level in Clemson....or have you guys fogotten the last 2 years?

Believe this: Dabo wins another NC at Clemson, Clemson boosters will move hell to match or better the offer. he will be God there. In Tuscaloosa he will be just another coach following a God....ask Ray Perkins how that worked out

VA Tech was the third best team in the ACC last year and lost to TN (4th) and ARK(10th). Louisville was 4th best and lost to LSU(5th) and UK(9th). Plus it was a down year in the SEC.
