I find it odd that Muschamp's twitter feed is absent of any comments regarding Matlock's firing along with the team chaplain's firing.
Somebody is busy as frick blocking tweets..and is scared shitless they'll lose their job if they miss even one negative tweet.

When/how did this happen TT?

The writing is all over the wall. All over it. Muschamp is not a HC. He's too emotional. I used to tell myself he's really smart and does it to fire up his players, but the truth is he cant keep his emotions in check. That doesnt work for someone leading an organization or leading young men. He may just be a position coach. His whole episode on the sideline during the AU/Bama game made me question if he can even handle being a coordinator at this level.
I also thought he'd get better over time but he's almost gotten worse.

I don't get this idea he is a great recruiter. Of course he did good at big time programs like UF and Texas. Meyer and Saban are light years better. UF recruited defense just as good if not better before Muschamp came and they were 100 times better on offense. Let's see if he actually does better then Spurrier did at USCe in recruiting. Spurrier is a game planner not a recruiter so Muschamp should do much better recruiting then Spurrier did.

It's why we Mizzou fans have been disappearing off the rant. CNB was trying to throw you off with his thread this morning. He knows damn well whats going on. They kidnapped us! They...did things to us. They're taking us out one by one!

maybe muschamp still doesn't get it and never will... Maybe he's not HC material.
Exactly.
Muschamp has gone into USCe with a shite resume' as a HC and has terminated folks that have strong ties to the school and were apparently well thought of by the posts here. He'd better produce quickly, or the man will never see HC before his name ever again.

USCe will not win more than 2 games next year.

Well SOS didn't leave Muschamp much to work with and a rough season next year was to be expected, but the man is shortening his own leash and seems to be too stupid to realize it.

We won't be good but you obviously haven't seen our schedule.
I'll wait until the details come out before forming an opinion on the latest firing, but it does seem like it could've been handled better at the very least.

There's a few people on our 247 board saying that Matlock had nothing but bad things to say about the coaching staff and was bad mouthing them to others. Seems logical of why he would say "no comment."
Hope that part is true and not that he just wanted his guy, but it's whatever either way to me. I'll continue to donate to the school no matter who the equipment manager is.
Win and everyone will forget about it, do what you did at UF then you'll be gone in 4 years.

Or more logical that he just wanted his guy for the position.

I could have written this exact same thing .... this is exactly my perspective at the moment.
